Refund & Return Policy

Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your furniture, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture
  • Used or damaged items after delivery
  • Clearance or sale items

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Amount will be returned via the original payment method

 Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer a replacement.

Conditions:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide images/videos as proof

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
